A spacious park spread across hills along the Fuji River, perfect for spending the afternoon immersed in the lingering essence of the pilgrimage. Within the park, the Kirie Forest Museum showcases delicate paper-cut artworks created with single blade strokes, with displays from both domestic and international artists to enjoy unhurriedly. Outdoors, a large fountain, gardens with seasonal flowers, and rose gardens are scattered throughout, and following the gently undulating garden paths creates a pleasant atmosphere. Rest at the shop or café while quietly concluding your day in Minobu.

Tips

Park entry is free, though admission to the Kirie Forest Museum requires a fee (approximately 500 yen for adults, subject to change for special exhibitions). The parking lot is also free and spacious. The grounds have varied elevation, so it's recommended to keep on comfortable walking shoes. The museum closes relatively early, so it's efficient to view the exhibits first before strolling the gardens.

Allow approximately 2+ hours. The soft afternoon light makes garden walks particularly pleasant.
