Admission is free and you can freely walk the water spaceship rooftop. Direct connections to underground passages and the subway allow indoor-only routes on rainy days. The rooftop is outdoors, so on rainy days focus on the Galaxy Plaza below and indoor shops. Strollers can move between floors via elevators. Heading toward nearby Hisaya-Odori Park, the next destination (the television tower) becomes visible.
