When visiting, receive an 'oshiroi talisman' (face-powder talisman), color in the specific part of the illustrated face you wish to improve, and offer it at the shrine. As a unique blessing ritual particular to Tamatsukuri's beautiful skin hot spring, sharing your talismans with each other naturally brings smiles.
