A railway museum located right beside Hitoyoshi Station. The name 'MOZOCA (もぞか)' comes from the local dialect of the Hitoyoshi and Kumano region, meaning 'small and cute,' and '868' is derived from Hitoyoshi's postal code. The interior was designed by Eiji Mitooka, a renowned railway designer, and is filled with the warmth of wood. Families can enjoy learning about Hitoyoshi's history as a railroad town through exhibits and picture book corners. The mini train that chugs along the outdoor track is a big hit with children, and climbing the observation deck offers views of Hitoyoshi Station and the stone-built locomotive depot, so you can spend hours simply watching trains arrive and depart. Admission is free, which is another delightful bonus.

Admission is free, but rides on the mini train and other attractions require separate tickets, so having small change is helpful. The indoor exhibits are the main feature, making this a great rainy-day destination.
