A calm sandy beach facing Kurihama Harbor. The Boso Peninsula is visible across the water, with Tokyo Bay ferries coming and going in an idyllic landscape. The fireworks will launch from the sea directly in front of this beach, making the shore a true premium viewing spot. Secure your place before sunset and spread out your purchased snacks while leisurely watching the sky transition from sunset to twilight as you wait for the show to begin.

Tips

Areas near the launch site may be restricted, so follow the day's instructions. The beach has little lighting, so a small light for your feet is reassuring. Use restrooms early.

Best time to visit

Plan for approximately 2 hours. Arrive before sunset to enjoy both the evening scenery and the opening
