Two to one hour before the fireworks festival begins is crucial time for meals and securing your viewing spot. The Gaien-mae and Aoyama areas have many restaurants where you can dine smoothly if you arrive early before the show. On the night of the festival, crowding intensifies, so finishing dinner by 5 PM is essential. After eating, either move to your reserved seating at the venue or head early to free viewing spots around the area and secure a location with a sheet. Many food stalls and vendors set up, so this is also a good time to pick up light snacks and drinks.

Convenience stores around the venue become sparse in stock by evening. Purchase beverages and light snacks early. Use restrooms before long queues form.
