Check the festival's official announcement regarding cancellation due to bad weather. After the show, roads around Harumi and Katsutori, and Katsutori Station on the Toei Oedo Line, will be extremely crowded; after the finale, it is recommended to linger in the park and enjoy the lingering impressions for a while before leaving at a staggered time. Research the return bus and train schedules and congestion conditions in advance. It becomes dark underfoot, so having a smartphone light is reassuring.
