An observation facility that preserves the steel-trestle railway bridge pilings and places an elevated corridor next to the active Sanin Main Line. Walking through the aerial corridor suspended approximately 41 meters high allows you to experience both thrills and spectacular views simultaneously—with sheer cliffs extending below your feet, the horizon of the Sea of Japan, and the Amabe settlement all visible at once. An elevator makes access easy for families with small children. If you encounter a train passing, you can capture dramatic railway photos from the bridge. As a signature attraction of the Sanin Coast Geopark, it's the perfect introduction to exploring the Hamasaka area.

開催時間は当日の公式発表で要確認(時間未定)。荒天時の中止や延期も公式情報をチェックしてください。終了後は周辺道路が混雑するため、車の場合は少し時間をおいてから移動するのがおすすめ。帰りの足元が暗いので、スマホのライトを使って安全に歩きましょう。

Tips

Adjacent to JR Amabe Station (JR餘部駅), approximately 10 minutes by JR from Hamasaka Station. By car, use the parking lot in the area. The elevator is free to use. The bridge can be windy, so a hat and sunglasses are recommended for comfort. Check the Sanin Main Line timetable in advance to plan your train photography timing.
