The beautiful white sandy beach with continuing pine groves is known within the Sanin Coast Geopark for its exceptionally clear waters. During summer, the beach bustles with swimmers; simply walking along the shoreline lets you fully immerse yourself in the refreshing Sea of Japan atmosphere. Walking the beach during daytime to familiarize yourself with its layout and identify good viewing spots for evening makes securing a prime location much smoother. The shade of the pine groves is perfect for rest, and the time children spend playing in the waves becomes a particularly special moment of the day.

浜坂ふるさと夏まつりのフィナーレを飾る花火大会で、浜坂県民サンビーチから約3,000発が打ち上がります。松林を背に広がる白砂のビーチは遮るものが少なく、海上から打ち上がる花火が正面に大きく開く絶好の観覧ロケーションです。波の音を BGM に、夜の日本海の上空で次々と咲く大輪の花火は、山陰の夏を締めくくるにふさわしい光景。海面に映る光の帯と、打ち上げ音が松林に反響する臨場感は、砂浜ならではの格別な体験です。フィナーレの連発が夜空を染め上げる瞬間を、家族そろって砂浜から見上げましょう。

Approximately 5 minutes by car from Hamasaka Station, or 15-20 minutes on foot. During the summer bathing season, showers and restrooms are available. On fireworks night, positioning begins in the evening, so confirming your preferred spot during the afternoon is advisable. The sun is intense, so don't forget sunscreen and a hat.

Approximately 2 hours required. In the afternoon, as the sun begins to lower, the sea's color becomes even more vivid.
