Tatsuno City's summer festival unfolding on the Yibo River riverbank (Ryoyo District). Approximately 2,000 fireworks burst successively into the night sky and reflect off the water's surface, creating a spectacular interplay of light. With the "Little Kyoto of Harima" castle town as a backdrop, the fireworks can be enjoyed up close from the riverbank's unique vantage point. The launch sounds resonate with the river breeze, becoming a deeply etched memory of a summer night. The Yibo River you viewed from the castle ruins during the day transforms into a stage of light at night—a fitting climax to the day.
