The launch site for the Toda Bridge Fireworks Festival is the Arakawa riverbed upstream from National Route 17's Toda Bridge. In the viewing area on the Toda side, you can spread leisure sheets on the wide riverbed lawn or along the embankment. At dusk, the Arakawa's appearance changes dramatically as the sky's color shifts from orange to deep indigo, with the river's surface reflecting these changes moment by moment. Before the show starts, confirm restroom locations and stock up on drinks from food stalls. Since the embankment gets crowded early, decide on your viewing spot as soon as you arrive.

2026年8月1日(土)19時から20時30分まで、埼玉県戸田市の荒川河川敷で開催される戸田橋花火大会です。対岸で同時開催されるいたばし花火大会と合わせた打ち上げ数は約15,000発にのぼり、埼玉・東京の県境を挟んで両岸から花火が上がる壮観な光景が最大の魅力です。川幅の広い荒川の上空に次々と大輪が開き、川面に揺れる光の帯と相まって視界いっぱいに花火が広がります。フィナーレに向けて連発が続く1時間30分は、夏の夜の河川敷ならではの迫力と開放感に満ちています。

Tips

荒天時の開催可否は戸田市・板橋区の各公式発表で確認してください。終了後は最寄り駅(戸田公園駅・戸田駅)への帰路が大変混雑します。フィナーレ後は河川敷で少し余韻を楽しんでから時間差で移動するか、混雑ルートを避けた帰宅経路を事前に確認しておくことをおすすめします。足元が暗くなるので、スマホのライトを活用して安全に移動してください。

Tips

A 20-minute walk from Toda Park Station on the JR Saikyo Line, or a 25-minute walk from Toda Station. On the fireworks festival day, surrounding roads may be restricted, so public transportation is strongly recommended. Many food stalls operate around the venue, but right before the show they're extremely crowded. Temporary restrooms are set up, but expect lines, so use them early.
