An international racing circuit located at approximately 800m elevation in Kamitsue Town, Hita City, Oita Prefecture, and the venue for tonight's fireworks festival. Normally known as the sacred ground of motorsports, this place transforms into a special viewing venue exclusively for the fireworks festival tonight. The high-altitude sky visible from within the vast circuit is incomparably wider than from flat ground, and the dusk scenery is also exceptional. After arriving at the venue, secure your viewing spot early and slowly enjoy the changes in the mountain's dusk and gradually darkening sky. Since temperatures drop rapidly once the sun sets in the autumn mountains, be sure to have warm clothing at hand.

Tips

Access to the venue is primarily by personal vehicle. Early arrival is recommended due to expected parking congestion. Please check official event information in advance for traffic restrictions and parking guidance for the event day. The temperature at 800m elevation can be 5-8°C lower than in the city, and autumn nights are particularly cold.

Best time to visit

Duration: approximately 2 hours. Enjoy the high-altitude sunset scenery and watch as stars gradually appear in the darkening sky.
