About this spot

A roadside station set on a rocky promontory jutting into Osaka Bay, famous for its approximately 300-meter-long paid fishing pier. You can enter even without intending to fish, and the view of Osaka Bay from the pier's tip is exceptionally open and expansive. From the offshore, you can see Kansai International Airport floating in the distance and confirm the direction where tonight's fireworks will rise. This place, wrapped in the scent of the shore and the sound of waves, shows a different facet of Sennan's nature—a quieter resort experience. It's plenty enjoyable just to walk with your family peeking at rocky shore creatures. The roadside station's shop also carries fresh local seafood and souvenirs.

Tips

About 10 minutes by car from Rinkuu Premium Outlet; access via National Route 26 is convenient. Pier entry is paid (fees vary depending on whether you bring fishing rods). Summer afternoons have strong sunlight, so bring a hat and drinks before entering. Use the shop's restroom early.
