Complete your dinner more than two hours before the fireworks begin—this is the golden rule to avoid crowds. After eating, head on foot to the Mogami River Riverside Green Park venue, and also check out the food stalls and gourmet booths along the way.

Tips
荒天時の開催可否は長井市・長井商工会議所の公式発表で必ず確認してください。終了後は会場周辺の道路と長井駅方面が混雑するため、フィナーレ後は河川敷でしばらく余韻を楽しんでから移動するのがおすすめです。フラワー長井線の帰りの電車時刻は事前に確認しておきましょう。足元が暗いので小さなライトがあると安心です。
Tips
On the water festival day, the entire city is bustling and popular restaurants get crowded. Move early to be seated by 5 PM. Specific restaurant names may change depending on the day's operations, so also refer to information from the Nagai City Tourism Association. The walk to the venue takes approximately 15-20 minutes from the station.
Best time to visit
Approximately 2 hours required. Finishing your meal more than one hour before the fireworks begin allows you to move to the venue with plenty of time.
