This lush green park in Sanjo City is equipped with a grassy auto-camping site, an athletic course, a fishing pond, and walking paths, making it a spot where families can spend a relaxed time. With plenty of shade, it's relatively comfortable for playing outside even on a summer afternoon. Since the areas around the fireworks venue become crowded all at once starting in the evening on the day of the display, it's smooth to loosen up your body and mind at a park like this before moving on to sightseeing. It's also an ideal starting point for letting the kids burn off energy ahead of the evening fireworks. Spreading out a sheet on the lawn for a light lunch is a nice option too.

Tips

A few minutes by car from central Sanjo City. Parking is available. Check the location of restrooms within the park in advance. It's smoother to prepare bento lunches and drinks ahead of time.
