Located on the first floor of the Mobility Resort Motegi Hotel, this buffet restaurant offers dishes from around the world. The chefs arrange local ingredients from Tochigi and Ibaraki into original creations, and grilled items can be picked up freshly cooked from the open-kitchen counter. The grounds get crowded on the day of the fireworks display, so the trick to enjoying it comfortably is to have dinner here in the evening and secure your viewing spot early. It can get chilly at night, so bring something to layer on.

Tips

The dining area is busiest about an hour before showtime. Finishing dinner early gives you more breathing room. It's convenient to stock up on drinks and snacks in advance at places like Michi-no-Eki Motegi. Use this time to check the route to the viewing area and the location of the nearest restrooms.
