A free plant garden within Kaiyohaku Park featuring shaded walking paths with tropical and subtropical trees and flowers. You can enjoy Okinawa-endemic plants, brilliantly colored hibiscus, and large banyan trees - a fitting subtropical landscape to rest your body after viewing the aquarium. Climbing to higher points in the park offers panoramic views of the East China Sea and Emerald Beach where tonight's fireworks will take place, allowing you to visualize the viewing location beforehand. Best of all, admission is free.

2026年7月4日(土)20:00〜21:00開催の海洋博美ら海花火大会です。国営沖縄記念公園（海洋博公園）のエメラルドビーチを会場に、約10,000発の花火が東シナ海の夜空に打ち上がります。遮るものがない海の上空に大輪の花が次々と開き、静かな海面に映る光の帯が広がる様子は、海辺の花火大会ならではの絶景です。沖縄の生暖かな夜風と潮の香りの中で聴く花火の音は格別で、夏の沖縄を存分に感じられる1時間です。フィナーレの連続発射が夜空と海面を同時に照らし出す瞬間を、砂浜からゆっくり見上げましょう。

Tips

荒天時の開催可否は大会公式の発表および国営沖縄記念公園の案内で確認してください。終了後は駐車場や周辺道路が大変混み合います。花火終了後はビーチで少し余韻を楽しんでから、時間差で移動するのがおすすめです。帰りの足元は暗くなるため、スマホのライトや小型ライトを用意しておくと安心です。

Tips

You can walk from the aquarium via park trails. The sun is strong, so don't forget a hat and sunscreen. Resting on shaded benches while strolling maintains a comfortable pace. Park maps are available at entrances and parking areas.
