From 7:30 PM to 8:20 PM on Saturday, August 29, 2026, fireworks will be launched from near Sunagahara Bridge (砂ケ原橋) at Kinugawa Riverbed Green Park (鬼怒川河川敷緑地公園). Viewed from the wide open riverbed with nothing blocking the sky, the sight of huge blossoms of fireworks filling the night sky is truly exceptional. The shimmering reflections of the fireworks on the river's surface add a charm unique to the Kinugawa River. This is a special night bearing the name ‘THE FINAL’ for a display that has long been beloved as the culmination of Moka City's summer festival. It's a fitting finale to summer in Tochigi—fireworks that will stay in the whole family's memory.
