Matsukawaura Fishing Port is one of Soma City's leading fishing ports, landing local Joban-mono fish as well as nori and oysters from Matsukawaura. Around the port there are eateries offering local seafood, where you can enjoy set meals and rice bowls made with freshly landed, fresh seafood. Finishing dinner a bit early before evening lets you move smoothly to the fireworks venue. Eating seafood while taking in the scenery of the fishing port is a moment unique to Soma as a port town. Matsukawaura's nori enjoys high acclaim nationwide, and it's a famous product that many locals also buy as a souvenir.

About 5 minutes by car from Matsukawaura Prefectural Natural Park. Eateries are expected to be crowded in the evening on the day of the fireworks festival, so it's recommended to arrive early, around 4 p.m. It's reassuring to check business hours with each eatery in advance.
