Along the Tamagawa River that flows through Daisen City, there are peaceful green spaces and paths where local families enjoy walks and rest. In mid-September, the countryside scenery typical of Akita unfolds, with rice paddies glowing golden and mountain greenery blending together. Walking slowly while listening to the gentle flow of the river brings a peaceful time that soothes daily fatigue. Children can enjoy activities in nature, such as picking up stones by the riverbank or observing insects. Since Nakagawara Community Park, tonight's fireworks venue, is also nearby, it's convenient for getting a sense of the area beforehand.

Tips

Since it's close to Nakagawara Community Park, you can scout the venue while strolling. Some areas along the riverbank can be slippery underfoot, so athletic shoes are safer than sandals. As evening approaches, insects increase, so applying insect repellent from this time onward is reassuring.

Best time to visit

Approximately 1 hour 30 minutes required. The autumn countryside scenery is beautifully visible in the calm afternoon sunlight.
