An observation hall in the Kansai International Airport passenger terminal building where you can watch planes taking off and landing on the runway up close. The location is particularly appealing—just across the bridge from the waterfront Rinkuu Town—offering a memorable morning enjoying both the sky and sea surrounding Osaka Bay.
