The representative beach of Gotsu City, stretching within Ishimi Kaihinshinkouen (Ishimi Kaihintai Park). In 2026, it will be open from July 18 (Saturday) to August 16 (Sunday), with hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The gently sloping sandy beach with calm waves has lifeguards on duty and features showers and coin lockers, so families with small children can spend the day with peace of mind. Parasol rentals are available, so there's no hassle with sun protection preparation. Right next door is Shimane Aquarium Aquas, offering the luxury of enjoying both the sea and an aquarium.

Swimming is free, and parking is also free. Operating hours are until 5:00 PM, so it's recommended to exit the water around 4:45 PM to allow time for changing clothes. Showers and coin lockers are fully equipped, making the return change of clothes smooth. On days with strong sunlight, make use of parasol rentals.

From after 1:00 PM in the afternoon, the sunlight is stable, and you can enjoy plenty of swimming time until evening
