Sea Park Ohama (シーパーク大浜), in Utsumicho, Fukuyama City (福山市内海町), is an unusual beach backed by a broad lawn, open in 2026 from Sunday 28 June to Sunday 13 September. Free water showers, hand and foot washing points and a pump for inflatable rings are provided, which makes changing and packing up refreshingly easy. Parking is generous at 1,000 free spaces, reassuring for families arriving by car. Amid the calm waves of the Seto Inland Sea (瀬戸内海) and the openness of the lawn, enjoy the water to the full until evening.

Tips

Admission is 1,200 yen for adults, meaning junior high age and above, 600 yen for children aged 4 and over, and free for under-4s. There are free water showers, so bringing plenty of towels for changing is reassuring. You can inflate rings on site, but blowing them up beforehand keeps things smooth. The large car park makes arriving by car convenient.
