About this spot
A comprehensive park laid out around a pond, about 10 minutes by car from Yotsukura Beach (四倉海水浴場). The promenade around the pond is just the right size for a stroll, and with a lawn area and a play equipment zone it is perfect for children to move their bodies. There is plenty of shade, so it is relatively comfortable even on a summer morning, another appeal. Getting some light exercise at this park before setting off for the beach is the standard flow of this course.

いわき市・四倉海水浴場は、2026年は7月18日(土)から8月16日(日)までの開設で、遊泳時間は9時から16時までです。海の家1軒に加え、公衆トイレ・仮設トイレ・屋外シャワー、そして監視救護所が設置されており、小さな子ども連れでも安心して過ごせる海水浴場です。遊泳は無料で、海の家のシャワーは1回300円。駐車場は約250台分が無料で利用でき、車での家族おでかけにも便利です。波打ち際での水遊びから砂遊びまで、午後いっぱい夏の海を満喫しましょう。

駐車場は約250台分無料。夏の砂浜は熱いのでビーチサンダル必携です。海の家のシャワーは1回300円なので小銭を用意しておくと安心。遊泳時間は16時までなので、着替えの時間を見込んで15時45分ごろには切り上げるのがおすすめです。
Tips
The parking lot is large and easy to use, so it suits a first stop of the day. Insect repellent is reassuring in summer. Do not forget to stay hydrated, and get this done in the morning before it grows hot.
