About this spot

A 105-meter-tall symbol tower standing at the heart of the park, modeled after the church tower in Utrecht, Netherlands. Ascending to the observation deck approximately 80 meters above ground reveals a sweeping panorama: rows of European-style orange-tiled rooftops, the canals winding through the park, and the calm Omura Bay beyond. From above, you can appreciate the carefully calculated beautiful layout of the entire town and enjoy spotting familiar locations from your walk. At the base of the tower, dining establishments and shops are clustered together, making it a convenient area to explore alongside the observation experience.

Tips

The observation deck is accessible by elevator, though wait times may occur during holidays. Morning hours when the air is clearest offer excellent visibility far into the distance. In the evening, the illuminated town creates a spectacular night-view spot, so returning at dusk is another option worth considering if time permits.

Best time to visit

Approximately 1 hour. Morning hours with clear air offer stunning visibility across to the far side of Omura Bay.
