Tips

On fireworks festival day, restaurants and convenience stores near the beach become crowded in the evening, so purchase food early. Identify restroom locations while there's still light. Be sure to take all trash with you.

Best time to visit

Allow about 2 hours 30 minutes. Around sunset, the beach offers the most pleasant atmosphere of the day.
