About this spot

Located beside the Fujimi Observation Tower, this restaurant is designed to evoke the dining car of a luxury train from the 1960s. Displays set up like train windows on either side show scenes of Japan's four seasons passing by, and combined with the in-store sound, they let you experience the feeling of a train journey. The restaurant is also known for its three cream sodas named after times of day: Shinonome (dawn), Tasogare (twilight), and Tokoyo (eternal night). Have your meal here after enjoying the attractions, and while you watch the park's lights begin to come on, take your time to secure a good spot to view the fireworks.

Tips

Restaurants can get crowded from evening onward, so it's recommended to eat early. It's reassuring to check the park map in advance for good fireworks viewing spots.

Best time to visit

About 45 minutes. The time when the illuminations start to light up at dusk has a particularly special atmosphere.
