Remains of a mountain castle believed to have been built in the medieval period, now developed as a scenic walking trail through lush hillside terrain. Walking through tree-lined pathways and climbing to the top rewards you with a view overlooking Sendai Plain. The charm of this spot lies in its calm atmosphere, away from heavily touristed areas, where you can quietly appreciate local history. Yasaka Shrine, where tonight's fireworks will be held, is nearby at the foot of the hill.
