A beloved satoyama mountain in the northern part of Sendai. The base has hiking trails and camping facilities, and even in summer, relatively cool breezes blow through due to the high altitude. Even without serious mountain climbing, simply walking through the footpaths surrounded by trees allows you to feel the abundance of nature. Perfect for families to spend time together away from the heat of the urban areas.

2026年7月25日(土)、仙台市泉区の長命ケ丘で開催される地域密着型の夏祭りです。打ち上げ数は公表されていませんが、住宅街のすぐそばで打ち上がる花火は距離が近い分、大迫力の音と光を体感できます。地元の人々が集まってわいわいと過ごす、飾らないあたたかい雰囲気も魅力のひとつです。自然散策と街なかの買い物をたっぷり楽しんだあと、地域のお祭りで1日を締めくくりましょう。

荒天時は中止・順延の可能性があるため、当日の情報を確認しましょう。周辺は住宅街のため、場所取りや観覧時のマナーには十分配慮を。終演後は周辺道路が混み合うため、時間差での帰宅がおすすめです。

Easy access by bus or car from downtown Sendai. Comfortable walking shoes and insect repellent are recommended. Even in summer, mornings and evenings can be cool, so a light cardigan or shawl is useful.
Best time to visit
Takes about 2 hours. From late morning through midday is relatively cool and easy to walk in.
