A special fireworks display held on July 26, 2026 (Sunday) to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Onagawa Town's establishment. Approximately 4,000 fireworks light up the night sky of Onagawa Bay, and their light reflects on the calm sea surface, creating a beautiful sight. Watching the fireworks from a harbor town that has recovered from the Great East Japan Earthquake carries special meaning alongside the community's journey.
