This park was developed on the former site of Sanuma Castle, which stood at the center of Sanuma from the medieval to early modern period. The surrounding moat still remains today, letting you take a leisurely stroll through the lush, waterside scenery. Accessible from JR Ishikoshi Station (石越駅) or the Sanuma Bus Terminal (佐沼バスターミナル). Strolling through the park is free. Some areas have little shade in summer, so remember to stay hydrated.
