This station on the Johana Line (城端線) is located at the center of the Fukumitsu area of Nanto City. During the Tanabata festival season, colorful Tanabata decorations hang throughout the shopping district in front of the station, wrapping the whole town in a festive mood. Have lunch at a local eatery or shop and build your excitement for the festival ahead. Simply walking through the peaceful townscape is enough to give you a sense of travel atmosphere.
