A small hilltop park on the Murozumi Peninsula jutting into the Seto Inland Sea. From the observation platform, you can see the calm Seto Inland Sea, the coastline of Murozumi known for white sand and green pines, and the scattered islands. As evening approaches and fireworks prepare to light the sky, you can feel the day's story unfold while gazing toward the sea. The calm atmosphere of a port town is also its charm.
Tips
Travel by car from Kanayama Comprehensive Park. The path to the observation platform is slightly steep, so wear comfortable walking shoes.
Best time to visit
About 1 hour 10 minutes required. Afternoon light beautifully brings out the calm blue of the Seto Inland Sea.
