A local products exchange center located in the peaceful rural area of Karumai Town in northern Iwate Prefecture. It has a shop that displays and sells local specialty products, and you can also take a break at the free rest area. It is a perfect place for a relaxed stop as you begin your day heading toward the fireworks display.
