The Sadamitsu River, sourced in the Tsurugi Mountains, is known as a pristine stream flowing through mountain valleys. At the riverbank near where fireworks will be launched at night, local families can be seen enjoying water play in summer, and the cold, refreshing water helps escape the heat. Walking through the venue's location during the day also helps visualize your viewing spot for the evening.

Tips

Water flow and depth vary by location, so small children should be accompanied by adults. Prepare clothing that can get wet, towels, and change of clothes.

Best time to visit

Approximately 1.5 hours needed. Late afternoon when the sun's intensity decreases is most comfortable for water play.
