Held on July 25, 2026 (Saturday), the fireworks of the Daio Summer Festival, which marks the end of summer in the Daio district of Yokote City. For one hour from 8 PM to 9 PM, fireworks rise into the night sky of the venue surrounded by countryside. The appeal is being able to gaze leisurely at fireworks spreading across the open night sky with few tall buildings around. The sound of fireworks heard in the quiet typical of rural areas has a different character from urban festivals.
