Revered in the saying "Far is Zenko-ji, next best is here, our Honzon, the Triple Buddha," this ancient temple is believed to be where Zenko-ji Temple's main deity was first enshrined. The peaceful grounds include the main hall and "Okaidanmeguri" (underground passage), offering a solemn time for families. Its close proximity to central Iida makes it convenient to stop by during city exploration. It's a perfect place to pray for your family's safety before the evening fireworks display.

2026年7月25日(土)、飯田市の水神橋周辺、天竜川の河川敷を会場に行われる納涼花火大会です。19時30分から花火が次々と打ち上がり、21時まで夜空を彩ります。天竜川の水面に花火の光が映り込む様子は、この地ならではの美しい光景です。りんご並木の街歩きや歴史散策を楽しんだ1日の締めくくりにふさわしい、飯田の夏を締めくくる花火大会です。

Tips

荒天時の開催可否は主催者の公式発表で確認しましょう。終了後は駅や駐車場へ向かう人で混み合うため、少し時間をずらしての移動がおすすめです。河川敷は足元が暗いのでスマホのライトで安全に。

Tips

About 10 minutes' drive from the Iida City Art Museum. Temple grounds are free to visit. The Okaidanmeguri is a pitch-black underground passage, so hold hands with young children as you walk through.
