About this spot

One of the largest-scale fireworks displays in Shizuoka Prefecture, held starting at 7:30 PM on Sunday, July 26, 2026. Approximately 6,060 fireworks illuminate the night sky until 8:30 PM from Central Park on the west side of the Junai River. The spectacle of continuously launching large shells and starmines is breathtaking, befitting a grand finale for Fuji City's summer. An hour of fireworks viewed with family becomes an unforgettable summer memory.

Tips

In case of severe weather, the display may be cancelled or postponed; check Fuji City's tourist information for confirmation on the day. After the show, the station and surrounding roads will be extremely congested; it's recommended to enjoy the afterglow and depart at a staggered time. Bring a light since the ground is dark.
