This fireworks display, coloring the local summer, is held around Kaiyu Fureai Park (海遊ふれあいパーク) in Ashikari-cho, Ogi City. At 20:00, once night has fully fallen, fireworks launch one after another into the night sky over the Ariake Sea (有明海). The flowers of light stand out against the clear night sky unique to a seaside area with few streetlights, offering a different kind of power than fireworks in the city. Watching together as a family amid the surrounding scent of the sea and the buzz of the festival is sure to become a cherished summer memory.
