A stroll garden with an ornamental pond located just west of Himeji Castle. As you walk through nine distinctly themed gardens, you'll encounter waterfalls, earthen mounds, and koi-filled ponds. The garden's view, with Himeji Castle's white keep framed as a borrowed landscape, is unique to this location. The garden also features a tea house, and even in summer, shaded walkways allow you to enjoy the cool, peaceful atmosphere. It's a perfect place to step away from the bustle of tourism for a moment of quiet contemplation.

2026年7月27日(月)開催、陸上自衛隊姫路駐屯地で行われる納涼行事の花火です。地域向けに毎年開かれている行事で、打ち上げ数は公表されていませんが、城下町の夏の夜空を彩る恒例行事として地元で親しまれています。大手前公園や周辺の通りからも花火の様子を見ることができ、姫路城のシルエットと花火が重なる瞬間は、この街ならではの風景です。20時から50分間、姫路の夏の締めくくりにふさわしいひとときを過ごしましょう。

Tips

荒天時は中止・延期となる場合があるため、当日の開催可否は主催の発表で確認を。駐屯地周辺は交通規制がかかることがあるので、公共交通機関の利用がおすすめです。終了後は周辺道路が混み合うため、時間差での帰宅がスムーズです。

Tips

Just a short walk from Himeji Castle's west gate. Admission is 310 yen for adults, but a combined ticket with Himeji Castle is a better value. In summer, choosing the shaded paths keeps you cool as you explore.
