About this spot

A facility that develops the whole area including Hasunuma Water Garden (蓮沼ウォーターガーデン) as a park, with a wide lawn plaza surrounded by pine forest and adventure playground equipment. It is just the right scale for working up an appetite before entering the pool or filling time before opening, and small children can run around safely. The Kujukuri coast (九十九里浜) is close by, and being able to spend time feeling the sea breeze is another appeal. There is plenty of tree shade too, making it valuable as a place to take a break out of the midsummer sun.

Tips

After light exercise on the adventure playground, hydrating and resting properly before heading to the pool makes it easier to manage everyone's condition in summer. Spreading out a picnic sheet before entering the pool also gives you a place to change and stash your things.

About 1 hour or a little more. The cool morning hours suit getting some exercise
