タコの遊具で親しまれる古池公園を会場に開かれる、地域密着型の夏祭りです。屋台やステージイベントでにぎわう会場は、地元の人々の笑顔であふれます。日が暮れると夜空に花火が打ち上がり、公園全体が祭りのクライマックスに包まれます。町内会の人々が中心となって続けてきた、下町らしい温かい雰囲気の花火大会です。
