A fireworks festival held on August 1, 2026 (Saturday) in the Twin Bridge downstream area of the Kiso River bank. Approximately 300 fireworks light up the night sky in rapid succession for 10 minutes. The unique charm of this location is viewing fireworks against the silhouette of Inuyama Castle. With concentrated launches in a short time, there's plenty to admire. As a long-run fireworks festival held nightly throughout the summer, it's a casual favorite locally cherished tradition.

Tips
The festival may be cancelled in case of bad weather, so check the organizer's announcement on the day. Since the show is brief, it's recommended to be in a good viewing spot 10 minutes before the start. After the festival ends, the castle town area becomes crowded, so it's safer to move with a slight time delay.
Best time to visit
8:00 PM to 8:10 PM viewing time. Positioning yourself where Inuyama Castle is visible produces more impressive photos.
