About this spot

A small rocky island floating in the offshore area of Noo Bentenit Beach, connected by a bridge to a shrine that enshrines the deity of sea protection. The scenery with the calm Sea of Japan as a backdrop represents one of Noo's representative views. Since it's located very close to tonight's fireworks venue, it's the perfect spot for a pre-show stroll. Walk slowly along the coast feeling the sea breeze and build excitement for tonight's fireworks.

Tips

The bridge is narrow in places, so hold the hands of small children while walking. Sea breezes can strengthen in the evening, so bringing a light layer is reassuring. Parking lots around the venue start getting crowded from late afternoon.

Best time to visit

Approximately 1.5 hours. Late afternoon is a beautiful time to see the sunset over the Sea of Japan.
