About this spot

Held on August 1, 2026 (Saturday), this is a fireworks festival of significant scale, one of the largest in the Tohoku region, with Aquamarine Park at Onahama Port as the stage. Approximately 12,000 fireworks light up the night sky over 2 hours, enjoyed within an open landscape unique to a port facing the Pacific. Together with the memories from your daytime spent at the aquarium and tower, look up at the awe-inspiring finale that marks the end of Iwaki's summer. The long viewing duration makes it recommended to settle in and enjoy it thoroughly.
