This is the 48th Hakuba Summer Festival, held on August 1, 2026 (Saturday). Fireworks burst into the night sky over the Kitashiro area, and with the Northern Alps mountains as a backdrop, the scenery is unmistakably grand and majestic. It's a community-nurtured summer festival where the distance between spectators and the event is close, allowing you to feel the power of fireworks in an intimate setting.
