About this spot

From late July through late October, this is Gonohe Town's pride and joy, a flower garden bursting with about 1,500 dahlias of some 150 varieties. From large, showy dahlias to small, cute varieties, you can enjoy flowers of every size, color, and shape up close. Taking a leisurely walk through the well-maintained garden lifts the spirits with the beauty of these summer flowers. Start your fireworks-festival day off by taking in these vividly colored blooms.

Tips

The garden is closed on August 13-14, so plan your visit accordingly. The summer sun is strong during the day, so bring a hat and something to drink.
