The Kashima Fireworks Festival held on August 1, 2026 (Saturday) from 7:00 to 9:00 PM along the Tenryu River. Approximately 4,000 fireworks light up the night sky above the Tenryu River winding through the mountains, with sound echoing off surrounding peaks for a spectacular 2-hour display. As the perfect finale to a day filled with railway exploration and historic walks through Tenryu Ward's attractions, this special moment watching the night sky from the riverbank with family will be unforgettable.
