This is a promenade developed along the Shinkawa River (新川), known for its rows of a thousand cherry trees that bloom in full glory each spring. In summer, it is loved as a pleasant walking path shaded by greenery, where you can stroll leisurely to the sound of the river's gentle flow. It is the perfect spot for a cooling walk in the afternoon before the fireworks.
Tips
About a 10-minute drive from Chiba Prefectural Yachiyo Regional Park (県立八千代広域公園). The promenade is paved, so it is easy to walk even with a stroller.
