A roadside station serving as the gateway to the foot of Ryokami Mountain, built in the mountain valley of Ogano Town. The direct sales shop displays flavors unique to the mountain village such as locally-grown konjac, vegetables, soba noodles, and seasonal fruits—it's fun just to look around and perfect for finding souvenirs for your family. The restaurant inside the facility serves simple fare such as hand-made soba noodles. On the day of the fireworks festival, stopping by during the daytime to eat and shop for supplies will allow you to move about freely for the rest of the evening. The quiet scenery surrounded by mountains also enhances the travel atmosphere.

Tips
荒天時は中止や延期の可能性があるため、当日は小鹿野町の公式発表を確認しましょう。終了後は周辺道路が混み合うため、少し腰を落ち着けてから帰路につくのがおすすめです。足元が暗いので懐中電灯やスマホのライトを準備しておくと安心です。
Tips
About 10 minutes by car from the former Mitada River Middle School venue. The parking lot is spacious, but it can get crowded on the day of the fireworks festival, so visiting in the late morning to early afternoon is recommended. The soba restaurant tends to be busy at lunchtime, so you can move smoothly by adjusting your timing slightly.
Best time to visit
Approximately 1 hour required. The restaurant and direct sales shop are relatively calm during lunch hours.
